MagicTronix customers can always use a return period of 14 calendar days. A customer of MagicTronix then return the purchased products after registration of the return shipment. MagicTronix refund the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs incurred, to the customer within 14 working days. Returning goods is at your own risk. Products received defective by MagicTronix or not be reimbursed. Shipping costs to MagicTronix are not reimbursed. An exception to this return period are specially ordered or custom-made or assembled products on request.
